Of all of the practice sessions I would have to say meditation and visualiazation are my favorite. I really think that hey help me to get into the right mind state. They help me calm down a lot and help me to focus. I am going to try to use these techniques to reduce my stress and get myselp to a healthier state of being.
Meditation and visualization has also worked well for me. I still am a novice but I have changed behaviors and attitudes through the use of these practices. When I am able to professionally help others, these practices will be excellent tools to help clients achieve a better outlook on life and to help them flourish as human beings.
